Hear more detail, color and texture about Costa Rica... First Rob and Kelly provide historical and geographical factoids...followed by a familiar family debate: Where shall we go for dinner tonight? He said. She said... Resident Ex-pat Food Critic Dr. Lenny Karpman (from amcostarica.com) gives a masterful and richly detailed description of the cuisine of Costa Rica in a tasty BeachTalk interview. Current events and late breaking news wrap up this edition of BeachTalk, the most listened to Podcast about Costa Rica.

I found "Beach Talk" very interesting and entertaining, Rob...as well as informative. Reminds me of the old WSOO days! Sounds like you're livin' it up! Tom

Thanks for the podcast! My wife and I have stayed in Playa Hermosa twice and are coming back soon. Ginger's vs. Monkey Bar? Ginger's if you want a modernized Costa Rica but if you want the real thing, typical "Tico" cuisine and salt of the earth people try Hotel el Velero and Pescado Loco on the beach in Hermosa!

Listened to the show and dream of visiting someday. Loved the chat about the monkey bar so much that I used a sample of it in a song! I hope that is ok? I can send you a copy if you like??
    Cheers

Hi Matty Toffee, it's Rob and Kelly from Beach Talk ! We're now living in Germany. It's been a little busy with the move, new jobs, language etc... however, we are trying to write and produce the next few podcasts. And we are also planning our next travel vacation...a wedding celebration in Playa Hermosa, Gte. Costa Rica during the green season.

That piece about "where do we go for dinner" was written by Kelly. Isn't she great? We both love music and would love to put your song in a future show, if you wouldn't mind. We are happy our show made you sing. Thanks for the kind post!
